Meditation is not related to medical or medicines. Meditation
is a simply a thoughtless awareness.The meditation is not concentrating on
anything or imagine. It is a form of life style and it gives peace to the mind
and also releasing stress. This is also an excersize for mind also. A normal
person cannot control his/her mind properly because feelings like anger, ego
are developing. A proper practice of meditation can be helps to control your
mind fully and also feelings.

PHYSICAL BENEFITS
The nervous system of body is divided into three parts,
central peripheral and automatic nervous system. When anyone of chakras are
blocked the dysfunctions me appear on it. The medicines are helps to cure it, But
a meditation helps to attacks the causes directly by rebalancing the body and
re opening the chakras.
MENTAL BENEFITS
When entering into a meditating state, all the things from
the minds are cleaning out and providing a fresh feelings.
EMOTIONAL BENEFITS
The daily practice of meditations helps to awakens the kundalini,and
we are immersed in a state of meditations.And also we getting the control on
the emotions such as jealousy, ego,anger… etc
CONDITIONS
Choose a place for meditation,which is clean and tidy.use this place daily for meditating because of an energy creating this place during daily meditation.
Every day spent atleast half an hour for meditating after you can enjoy it and automaticaly you will find some time for peace .STEP:1 Sit in a simple and relaxed position as your wish.Take a long deep breeth for some times and imagine that your mind is filling with peace.There are lots of thoughts comes in to yous mind neglect it,do not participate into it.
STEP: 2 This step you can choose as your wish,because there are lots of methods for it.Some are concentrating on objects,using mantras,breathing...etc. Otherwise spell words like 'i am in peace'.or use a candle flame for concentrating.
STEP:3 Reach your breathing in a slow,steady and a uniform path simultaneously concentrate on your mind.It may be difficult at beginning after it will be merge itself.
STEP:4 Continue this steps and after slowly wake up.Daily meditation can help you to reach your goal.Practice atleast 20 minutes a day.enjoy it.
