There are lots of strain causing on the eye during using computers.When using computers we are looking on the screen for long time,the eye winking is reduced about 70% or more.The eye us made up of very thin members,the large strain cannot allow the membranes of eye and it causes damages for eyesight.The computer screens produces some charges ions and the high brightness is making cracks on the outer layer of the eye.The studies are saying that peopeles are working in computer firms like software companies,IT professions are suffers due to eye problems,and decreasing their life of eyes.
Also there are lots of technologies are increased and use of smartphones and smart technologies are increased,The most of users are youngers and children.The continuous use of these gadgets are also affects the eyes badly.Gaming habits are increased in childerns. The heavy gaming are very dangerous for eyes.These are causes heavy eye problems in the eyes during childhood days.
Some habits which causes eye problems are following:

The Preventing Methods:

The best preventing method is know your self and reduce maximum use of computers,But in case of computer field professionals it cant be possible,For these peoples i am suggesting some remedies to reduce eye strain due to computers.

1.Wash your eyes

This is one of simple method, for professionals you should wash your eyes with fresh water at an interval of  one hour or less.Just sprinkle with water.

2.Close eyes and Relax

For an interval of about 30 minutes just close your eyes and relax for some time,this helps to prevent dehydration process and reducing stress.

3.Exercise for eye

Do some simple exercise for eyes every day, it helps to keep eyes healthier and it also reduces a level for a chance to short sight.

4.Use masks

Use masks using cucumber and like other vegitables and fruits it helps to improve nutrition in the eye and also reduce stress also.Do these atleast twice a week.It also helps to make eyes more shiner.

5.Put ice cubes

Ice cubes are best things to reduce eye strain and it also helps to keeping fresh effects and reducing dehydration.Take an ice cube and close your eyes,gently put eyes cubes on the top and rub it.You can also use cotton pieces which immersed in the ice water and put on the eyes.
Consult a doctor at every 3 month for detailed eve checkup’s,Dont remember Prevention is better than cure.
