Heart Disorders-Causes,Preventions And Symptoms

Structure of heart

Heart is an organ made up of some tissues which can expands and contracts itself,it have four valves and situated in between lungs.It is one of the main organ in our body having 250-300 grams of weight.

Heart have four parts two atrium and two ventricles.We can see right side of heart having pure blood and left side having contaminated blood.The causes of heart disorders are due to genetics,lifestyle diseases,due to any diseases and so on.Today we can discuss about some if heart diseases and disorders.

Common Heart Disorders

Ventricular Septal Defect(VSD) : This is the most seen heart disorder.It causes due to appearing a hole on the wall between right and left ventricle.

Atrial Septal Defect(ASD): Appearing a hole in the wall situated between the upper parts.

Fallots of Tetrology: It is a combination of four diseases.A block from right bottom part,VSD,..etc

Symptoms

Cyanosis:This is causes due to mixing of pure blood with contaminated blood.Due to this lips,tip of fingers will show bluish colour.Also clubbing(the state were swelling tip of fingers),breathing problems,etc.

Smoking And Heart

Chances for heart diseases for smokers is double or triple than normal people.And about 70 percentages of heart patients are smokers.When the time of burning of cigarets and such particles there are lots of nicotin,carbon  monoxide,tar are producing.These are affects the heart and contracts the veins.And it increasing the bad cholestrol LDl and decreasing HDL.So smoking is injurious to heart also.

Coronary Artery Diseases

The causes of  coronary artery diseases are smoking,over weight,cholesterol,diabetics,blood pressure,anxiety,genetic problems etc.The main veins to transporting blood to the heart are coronary arteries,Cholesterol is filling in this and blocking blood circulation,due to this cardiac arrest,chest pain are causes.

Symptoms
 The main symptom of heart diseases is chest pain.The pain appeare in different ways.This pain is spreading left arm and left side of the body.The chances for heart diseases on diabetic patients are double or triple than others.Also in most cases heart diseases appeare on diabetic patients without any pain ,so most cases silent attack occurre and it leads to death.
